Hi, how are you all doing? I've graduated from my academia and moved back home. I just wanted to ask you all how you feel about spoon bending. I mean, I know being psychic doesn't make me crazy, I've finally established that. I've progressed to psychokinetic energies. I'm wondering what the hell this stuff is? Why am I doing this? Why am I bending small, malleable metals such as spoons and forks? Why does it happen randomly? I mean, I know some people can do it. Some people pay money to learn this or train their whole lives. When I was younger, I used to think I could do this but I gave up. Why, because I didn't think it was possible, that's why. Now, a total skeptic even about the other things I can do, I still wonder at myself. I have given medium readings that have scared or at least impressed professionals. I can do readings for people here because of practice. Yes, I could use some. Please email me or post if you want to, because I'm very confused right now, headed for a nervous breakdown of sorts, and questioning my own sanity. Don't worry, I'm seeing my metaphysical friendly psychiatrist, he's Russian, so he knows what he's talking about. My therapist, also Russian, knows what she's talking about. I should call her. Later people.

Thu, April 24, 2008 - 11:39 AMIf a spoon bender has to look you in the eye like a deranged showman, the lessons won't be worth it is my opinion, but I think you could learn. -

Thu, April 24, 2008 - 11:37 PMLOL! I can learn! Whoo-hoo! Excellent idea. Now, question is, who can teach me. Its late, rather late to call someone I talk to about weird stuff. I think I have spoken about it all day today to safe people though so I can shut up about it, take my meds and head to bed. I take meds to calm down mostly. Ha. I feel better already.

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Fri, April 25, 2008 - 6:45 AMWhen you say spoon bending, how many hands are you using for that?
I went to a professional conference, one of the classes I took was on using intuition - and the instructor started the thing by telling us we were all going to bend spoons to increase our confidence in the power of our minds. Was I ever disappointed to find that the whole thing was a two-handed operation. Not once did I have any reason to believe that the spoons she and we as her audience bent had yielded to anything other than ordinary physical ability. The spoons she handed around the class were of metals I would have expected in advance to be malleable enough to bend using only muscle power. It was the kind of stuff I used to see in the dish room at the college cafeteria I used to work in, done by the kind of kids who also loosen pepper shaker tops and put salt in sugar dispensers.
I had been hoping to find we would be using one hand to hold the spoons, and do the rest with our minds. It would be even cooler if one could do it using no hands. In fact, if you would like some distance practice, I give you permission to practice on my spoons. (If I end up having to buy new flatware, well, I've been wanting an excuse to do that) Let me know if you want to try it, because I'll pick out the ones I don't like, and leave them out on the counter, so they are easy for you know which ones are ok. -

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Fri, April 25, 2008 - 6:42 PMPatience is the key to any mind trick. To hold a spoon or fork long enough for the heat in your hands from the electrical currents running through to pulse the air pockets in what apparently looks like solid metal, nothing in the universe is solid because its constantly moving, constantly changeing, the key is to know how to change with it. Very few people in the world can cope to change with the tide, most people get off the ride to early, or look past the fact that we are all riding a wave. There are always two oposites. Two sides to everything. The real, and the fake. but some would ask... whats reality then? If then, fake doesnt exist. So then .. How? is the question. When, is Now. -

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Fri, April 25, 2008 - 6:45 PMHumans have proved that through knowledge and movement, All things are malleable. If your mind can bend, so can the universe. Anything is possible, even nothing. THe mind is a trick. Tricky tricky mind... Believe in your self, your energy, believe and imagine what you could do.. and guess what? What you imagine can come true. -
-
Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sat, June 28, 2008 - 6:44 PMHello Try,
When you make your mind believe that something you "imagine" can come true.....sometimes the best or the worst can come out in people who are not supposed to be spiritually gifted or what humans like to call psychic/mediums as well as other terms humans like to use. We advise people to trust in God and live by the terms of their religion, then you can train your mind to open up to spiritual awareness and access the developmental part of your brain.
Sincerely,
Amber and her Spiritual Guardians
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________
PS. We do not believe that all things are malleable and that the universe can bend. If you want to know why we will explain it to you in a very detailed letter. Just ask Amber to ask us what we think about your idea's.
Sincerely,
Spiritual Guardians and the Universal life force

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sun, May 4, 2008 - 11:13 AMThe odd part is I'm using only one hand. One. In a fist usually, or touching it lightly with two fingers. Bizarre huh? Bending spoons doesn't have to be two-handed. Oh no. I'm struggling to keep this private. I know how to control the energy these days to the point where I'm not doing it randomly anymore. I can tell myself, 'you're not doing it' and it won't happen.

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sun, May 4, 2008 - 4:30 AMI think you use the word crazy for granted.
People who are really crazy don't graduate from schools, in fact most become homeless or dead from suicide.
You seem to be confused on some issues my friend.
You should be content and full of ambition, you just graduated.
So why speak to professionals about ->a<- problem?
They are only making money off you.
If I could have ever graduated, the last thing I would be doing is speaking to a professional about me being crazy or something like that.
Anyway, please wake the hell up my friend, and create you’re life and enjoy it.
Stop justifying an excuse for failure, and leave the real cases of mentality to those whom are in the streets without a voice to be heard, and to those that have no work and can't afford computers or on-line services, like you and others.
You seem very selfish, naive and childish.
There are some people whom get rapped by demons at night who can't afford anything, and all you do is complain, complain, and complain.
I bet you’re doctors make much money off you.
They should just tell you the same thing, that I am.
This world really makes me sick.............

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sun, May 4, 2008 - 11:14 AMLook, if you were bending spoons and didn't know what it was, you'd freak out too. I mean, I'm none of the above that you just mentioned. I'm scared. That's the bottom line. I'm less scared now than I ever thought possible but I thought my head was going to explode for awhile. I'm feeling better these days and less worried. I was downright terrified. You have no idea how terrified.

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sun, May 4, 2008 - 11:54 AMSounds like someone needs to go find some inner-peace.
I used to share many of your perceptions, but that was when I was lacking understanding, which was one of the reasons I had trouble finding that inner-peace. I don't mean to go all "Star Wars" on you, but Yoda had the right idea:
A lack of understanding breeds fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.
Attack the root of your suffering, and you will no longer be angry and you will be free of hatred. It takes the same amount of energy to be angry and hate everything all the time as it does to reverse the cycle that leads one there in the first place. -

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sun, May 4, 2008 - 1:13 PMTrue... what a coincedance aye.. I was just sitting in the living room... living.. sippin on some coffee.. which everyone who knows how sensitive I am says its bad for me.. but do I listen? No.. cause its gooood. But the point is..
Bryan is right on there... of the star wars part... believe it or not..im not a big star wars fan... at all... much.
But as I was in the living room, I thought that the reason why people are angry or suffering, is the lack of knowledge..
knowledge is power when held from other people...
knowledge is strength and peace.. when enough of it is acuired...
in a world were knowledge is kept secret... there is a reason there to kill... kill those who hold secret.. cause thats just the worst a human being could do.. is withhold knowledge that saves people from themselves.
So thats where this great nation of ours is wrong.. never hold knowledge for money.. thats the biggest comic crime.
Share all knowledge... knowledge gives peace of mind.. strength of spirit... and will power to know you can do anything and change..
Attack those shadows... a shadow just means there is no knowledge in place...
Knowledge is the light. Without it.. we feel we are left in the dark... .. ..
Hince.. the saying.. Keeping them in the dark. -

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sun, May 4, 2008 - 1:17 PMPlus... the way you know there are knowledges kept secret is when there are leaders who keep things secret and people out of their hair by having high powered weapons to keep people away instead of spending that money for Food and Water... the bullshit crisis of food and water they put on humans.. if humans only knew, you can never hurt the earth.. but how many people would believe it... except the rich people who destroy all the time.. cause they are free to.. cause you cannot harm the earth.. she only changes and adapts.. just like animals change and adapt to their environment... and so soon we are recieveing all our psychic powers because the earth is like Hey whats going on.. why are you guys still dying and suffering... you can heal... who is holding information of my wonders from my children...

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Mon, May 5, 2008 - 11:18 PMDid you read what I posted?
It is about the cruelty , of this world on people whom are mentally ill, and how they can't afford professional help becuase of this.
Thats why this world makes me sick.
Doctors charge an arm and a leg, to help people such mentioned, and get rich off it, belive me.
A spiritual healer or what ever, will prolong a condition, only to get rich off it.
Even though they gain their so called powers from the heavens, Thank God the Universe and Sun doesn't charge us fees like them.
Jesus never charged a cent for his work, and yet humans do.........Humans are selfich, arrogant, and decrepid.
PS> I don't believe in the bible, but am amazed at if I did, would still have the same belief. -

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Tue, May 6, 2008 - 5:11 AMnimnate, it isn't that way everywhere. Over in the UK you do not pay for services. And in many places there, the gov't gives extra money or bonuses to doctors who use preventive medicine and keep their patients well. So the doctors, psychiatrists, are rewarded for helping people to get well.
It's not an evil world. It's big business (insurance companies, hospitals....) The countries which have put a "cap" on profits that these institutions can make, treat their people better. As long as politicians here go hand in hand with the insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.... you will not see change. This is one reason why I'm moving to the UK. -

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Tue, May 6, 2008 - 9:12 PMYou cant move to the UK You are needed here to make a change, you have the right information, the right mind... more hands are needed to change this place. :) But if you do go, have fun and make sure to make things better.
We gotta try our best to make our own life's circumstances, better .. change it to be peace.
If you have a war going on inside your emotions, your mental, your physical, the point of that illness is to find your better half and make a difference. When someone is blind.. other senses start to heighten, the blind person becomes better at things that others who can "see" cannot ever experience. If there is a mental issue that seems to collide with the majorities views of sane, then other aspects of your stronger half of the mind need to be used... they need to be find.. understood, and then find those strengths and make a change.. help others understand what great gifts they accquire, when one fragment of the body "seems" displaced.. then there is something that makes up for it. We are all facets on a diamond, we must Learn what beautiful facet we portray in this grand picture of the universe.
You have strengths.. those must be the focus. Anyone can talk about their loses... we can weep and talk about it forever..
but that cant help you change.. unless you face your fears. Dont worry what others think... they to are at war.. spiritually and in life.
Those who experience such anger towards something... will achieve the strength, to push that energy towards the best intellectual and non-violent way to bring a positive change in our environment.
We must change.. to see change. And to be Strong, to hold strong.. in our change.

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sat, May 10, 2008 - 6:57 PMI agree it is not as bad for the mentally ill in other countries. I am from Australia and have a brother who has bipolar disorder. His medical treatment is free and he is on benefits from the government. He is also provided with cheap housing and the the public trustee here have control of his money (so he is paying his bills and not having the money to buy drugs) He is also on a court order so that if he does not attend an appointment with his doctors, or is not taking is medication, the police go and get him and take him to it. That is the way it is supposed to work anyway! It often doesn't because of the strain on our resources.
The problem being here is that they are trying to make our health care system like yours. You get a tax concession if you have private health insurance, which to me is not worth it. As you pay all this money for the insurance and they don't make the benefit of having it that great, you still have to pay money even when you have health insurance. But anyway it is free to visit a doctor in our country if the Doctor does not charge over the medicare amount.
As for our mental health system. We basically have to go through hell to get my brother put in hospital as the hospitals at the moment are always full as there is not enough money and resources for the mentally ill. My mother a couple of years ago complained to our Minister of Health about one of the hospitals, of the many, that my brother had been placed in. The minister actually did something about it as my mum took her through the hospital showing her all the problems, can you believe that the staff did not have a security camera??? Anyway at least thats one problem out of the way.
I should not complain about our health system as yours seems to be a lot worse than ours.
I do often worry about how many people are out there like my brother and not being treated properly. As the drug Ice or Meth is becoming more popular here we are seeing an increase in people becoming mentally ill through drug use.
Anyway we have a new government now so hopefully our health care system will get back to the way it should be.
The US being such a rich country should really have a look at how other countries health services operate. Even if just for the mentally ill. It would cut down the crime rate, the homeless, and make people feel safer walking the streets!

Re: what to do when you feel crazy.... again. but its not that bad this time.
Sat, June 28, 2008 - 6:57 PMHello Tony,
Sometimes it is hard to explain to a person who is not spiritually gifted what it is like to be clairaudient. The most memorable times that I have had with clairaudience does not include knowing what to do or who to turn too. I too have consulted a doctor, who is aware of my developing gifts, and although I use some medication it does not prevent me from becoming over whelmed with the world both human and spiritual. True clairaudience is one of the hardest talents a person can have. Very few mediums ever acquire the skill of full clairaudience and although it sounds difficult to understand someday maybe you will be intelligent enough to remember those you patronized. With no pun intended.
Sincerely and with no regards to the illusion that your World really does make us sick as well,
Amber's Spiritual Guides
