I think so. In fact I think I know how it is done. I will give a little more definition later in the post. But my main theory is that neutrinos pass through our brains and become "encoded", and are "decoded" when they pass through someone elses brain. I think knowing how to direct and recieve these particles holds the key to telepathy.

The electron neutrino (a lepton) was first postulated in 1930 by Fermi to explain why the electrons in beta decay were not emitted with the full reaction energy of the nuclear transition. This allows for a neutrino that was produced as an electron neutrino at a given location to have a calculable probability to be detected as either a muon or tau neutrino after it has traveled to another location. This quantum mechanical effect was first hinted by the discrepancy between the number of electron neutrinos detected from the Sun's core failing to match the expected numbers, dubbed as the "solar neutrino problem." In the Standard Model the existence of flavor oscillations implies a nonzero neutrino mass, because the amount of mixing between neutrino flavors at a given time depends on the differences in their squared-masses.

The neutrino has half-integer spin and is therefore a fermion. Neutrinos interact primarily through the weak force. The discovery of neutrino flavor oscillations implies that neutrinos have mass. The existence of a neutrino mass strongly suggests the existence of a tiny neutrino magnetic moment of the order of 10 − 19 Bohr magneton allowing the possibility that neutrinos may interact electromagnetically as well.

It is this electromagnetic interaction I believe carries the "encoded" message or thought. Just as computer memory is encoded on a read head to be decoded for use at a later time, I believe bits of thought can be encoded through the synapse in a "neutrino stream" (A linear series of neutrinos passing in the same direction at the same speed through the same point), then when it passes through the right synapse area of the reciever, it can be decoded as a message or thought.

I think the ability to use this lies in that major part of our brain that we do not use. What if it is designed to be an area of reception for this purpose? If telepathy is to ever become possible, someone has to figure out "this is what it is" and go from there. We have all had instances where you pick up the phone to call someone and they are already on the line, or something happens to a loved one and you know it. I think things like that are not paranormal at all, but just passing neutrinos that became encoded and decoded as you usually realize what general location that person is in. And since this is a linear directional function, knowing the location and direction either subliminally or conciously has a lot to do with it. I had been trying to study this when I was listening to my radio and got the notion that the DJ was going to play a certain song. I said it out loud to my friend who was working with me, then I'll be damned if he didnt play that song!!! Yea, it could be coincidence, that is why I dont espouse my theory as res judicada. I am posting it here to chew on. So tell me what you think. And please, be nice, because this is very important to me. It is not any sort of final theory, just an idea. And I need to get input, especially if someone can show me how it just isnt possible. The question posed is "Is it possible" that it can happen this way?
