I was wondering if there are any forum members that do Lucid Dreaming work? I just started and it is going well. Someone told me that putting a bowl of water under my head whilst sleeping and getting a gradual phase alarm clock would also help.
I would love to hear from more experienced practitioners. Also those who have or still work with LD, have you discovered if you are precognitive whilst in said state?

Re: Lucid Dreaming
Wed, November 11, 2009 - 3:02 PMMost importantly you have to enthrall yourself in the dream world. Think about it constantly, bring it into your waking state...daydream.
Writing down dreams really does help the consciousness. If you want to take a steroid-like approach to LD i suggest sleep deprivation followed by an early morning or afternoon slumber. Its a good way to kick start lucidity. Steroid-like sounds too negative, think of it as a short cut to jump start lucid dreaming.
I've had some of the most intense dreams while after being sleep deprived for a while. The shift from awake to asleep is quicker, many times instant and your consciousness will thank you for it-thus LUCIDITY!. At that point I can even hear my brain waves sliding from one state of mind to another. It's a loud ringing in the ears...sometimes too loud and uncomfortable, but most definitely worth it. This is the precise moment our bodies shut down and our third eye awakens...
good luck, dream on!
